These terms govern your use of PanaloPlay by players located in the Philippines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed and winnings voided.

2. One account per player

Each player may hold one account, registered with their own mobile number, GCash/Maya details and verified identity. Duplicate accounts may be closed.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

All balances are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Crypto deposits are converted to PHP at the rate shown at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account or wallet in the player's own name and require completed KYC.

4. Bonuses

Bonuses are subject to the wagering rules published on the Bonus Terms page. Bonus abuse, arbitrage or collusion results in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

5. Responsible gaming

Deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off and self-exclusion tools are available on request from our 24/7 support team.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page and applies from the date shown when published.
